Apana is the subdosha of Vata that governs the lower abdomen. It is responsible for absorption, elimination, and sexual functions. This formulation targets and provides support to the lower abdomen.
Directions for General Use:
Put 1-2 drops into 16 oz. of spring water or use as directed by your SV Ayurvedic practitioner.
