Shipping and Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This excludes clearance items. We’ll pay for the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
A re-stocking fee of up to 10% of the original price may be applied.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click on the Return Items button. Select items to be returned. We will notify you via email of your return authorization number (RMA#) and we will provide you with a return shipping address. You must then ship the product(s) back to:

Once the item has been received and processed, a refund will be issued. Please be advised that this process can take up to 4 weeks to be completed from date of return receipt. We strive to make this faster wherever possible, but we cannot control the speed of credit card and bank organizations updates.
We can ship to almost any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products which prevent us from shipping certain items to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping cost and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items that we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
If you select a carrier choice that is more expensive and we have a faster option and/or cheaper option that will save you money, we reserve the right to switch shipping method. If this is changed, we will notify you of the change and supply tracking information accordingly.
