Can I order online and pick up in-store? We can arrange for local pick-up in West Fargo, North Dakota.
Do you offer same-day delivery? No, we do not offer delivery. All of our products can be shipped.
What payment options do you have? We accept all standard forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. If you prefer to pay via check, please call us and we will supply an address. The items will be shipped after the payment clears the bank.
I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do? If you placed an order and did not receive a confirmation, please send us an email or call us. We are happy to confirm the order and try to get you that information.
How can I check the status of my order online? Click on the My Account Link at the top of the page, Login to your account. You will see a link to view your orders and with that, it will tell you the status.
How do I change or cancel my order? Once an order is submitted and confirmed, you can try to cancel it from your account page. If it does not allow that option, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
How long do I have to return a product? We allow returns on un-opened items for 30 days. If the product was damaged, or defective in some manner, we reserve the right to replace the item, or offer a store credit for the amount of the item.
Where are your products made? All of our products are packaged in America. All of our herbs, spices, and items used for extracts have been imported, and regulated by U.S. Customs. Herbs, Spices, Salts, and Supplements are genuine and manufactured in India. All Extractions, Creams, Oils, and Herbal Nectars are Made in America.
Have the products been tested for lead and heavy metals? Yes, we require all of our products to be tested for lead and heavy metals. We only use the highest quality herbs, spices, and non-synthetic products in our formulations.
