Tulsi, or Holy Basil is considered a divine herb in Ayurveda. It is used to stimulate digestion and helps to kill harmful bacteria. Tulsi is also good for the heart.
Tulsi is a heat generating herb which may aggravate high pitta. This formulation takes the intelligence of the herb and removes the heating element making it safe to use as it has almost no heat.
Directions for General Use:
Put 1-2 drops into 16 oz. of spring water or use as directed by your SV Ayurvedic practitioner.
