Triphala means three fruits which are: amla, haritaki, and bibhitaki. Triphala is used to detox, rejuvenate, and help the body re-establish its intelligence for elimination. Triphala is generally gentle. However, sometimes the traditional tablets and powder can be too heating for high pitta constitutions or with severe pitta aggravations. This formulation removes the heating quality allowing it to still provide the benefits of the three fruits.
Directions for General Use:
Put 1-2 drops into 16 oz. of spring water or use as directed by your SV Ayurvedic practitioner.
