By removing the glycrrhin from the licorice root, we can use DGL (deglycyrrhized licorice) without impacting blood pressure or other issues with sodium retention that are common with licorice root. DGL is used to neutralize ama visha in the blood and liver. It is unique as it can open the channels without heating them. It also enhances the body’s ability to receive soma.
Directions for General Use:
Put 1-2 drops into 16 oz. of spring water or use as directed by your SV Ayurvedic practitioner.
