Boswelia Serrata is a traditional herb that is used for inflammatory conditions in the body (for example, arthritis). It works by binding the inflammatory toxins in the blood known as Ama Visha. It works to decrease Rakta Pitta (heat in the blood). It supports the transformation power of the liver to convert blood plasma into healthy blood. It nurtures the whole physiology.
Directions for General Use:
Put 1-2 drops into 16 oz. of spring water or use as directed by your SV Ayurvedic practitioner.
