Black Cardamom Herbal Synergy Nectar aids protein metabolism but it is very hot. This formulation provides a gentle method to stimulate protein metabolism without heating the body. This is beneficial for high pitta/ low agni conditions.
Directions for General Use:
Put 1-2 drops into 16 oz. of spring water or use as directed by your SV Ayurvedic practitioner.
