Kalunji is often used for stimulating and promoting digestion. It attaches to ama (toxins) and helps to burn them. It also purifies the uterus, manages body temperature, nurtures the eyes, and provides support to all seven dhatus (tissues) of the body.
Directions for General Use:
Put 1-2 drops into 16 oz. of spring water or use as directed by your SV Ayurvedic practitioner.
