Gymnema Sylvestre is a staple in ayurveda that is used to support balanced blood sugar levels. It is known as a “sweet destroyer” and helps support health of the pancreas. It dulls the intestinal tract from absorbing sugars, which encourages the body to use fat as a fuel supply.

Directions:
Place 1 pinch in 16 oz. of boiled water or as prescribed by your Ayurvedic health practitioner. It is recommended that you consult with your physician before using this herbal powder.
Caution:
Do not use gymnema if you experience hypoglycemia, and consult with a physician before taking if you use medication for diabetes and continue to monitor blood sugar levels.
