Directions for General Use

Take a small amount of the cream on the end of a spoon (try to avoid putting your fingers in the container). Apply to the skin as directed by your Ayurvedic healthcare practitioner, or swipe the spine from the neck to the tailbone slowly several times with the DGL cream. Leave the cream on the skin for at least a half an hour or for many hours for steady transdermal absorption, such as before sleep. Rub into the skin when done, or shower to remove.
